This hands-off session focuses on different areas of your body and promotes deep relaxation. Many feel as if they're floating or even fall asleep. Reiki can help with depression, anxiety, pain, and sleep issues, leaving you in a state of calm. One hour of Reiki is equivalent to 3-5 hours of sleep, promoting balance and well-being.
