Cedar Bath

  • Cedar Bath is a gentle, cleansing ceremony that can help individuals heal from unresolved trauma, grief, negativity, fear and toxins. It can be used for all kinds of situations to restore balance and harmony. It is considered a form of protection physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Cedar bath is a very old ceremony, traditionally conducted by Indigenous women. The spirit world, the grandmothers, work through the conductor to bring beautiful healing to those who have asked for it by offering tobacco and by being open and receptive to the healing.
